b. Failure to provide sufficient notice may result in a cancellation fee.

b. If access is denied or delayed, resulting in the inability to complete the service, a cancellation fee may apply.

5. Quality Assurance:

a. We strive to provide high-quality cleaning services. If you are dissatisfied with any aspect of the service, please notify us within 24 hours, and we will address your concerns promptly.

6. Liability:

a. While we take utmost care in delivering our services, Yidim Cleaning Care is not liable for damages or losses that may occur during the cleaning process.

b. We recommend securing valuables and delicate items before our team arrives.

7. Health and Safety:

a. Our team adheres to health and safety protocols, including the use of appropriate personal protective equipment (PPE).

b. We reserve the right to refuse service in situations where the health or safety of our team members is at risk.

8. Confidentiality:

a. Any personal information shared with Yidim Cleaning Care is treated with utmost confidentiality and in accordance with our Privacy Policy.

9. Termination:

a. Yidim Cleaning Care reserves the right to terminate the service agreement at any time due to violations of these Terms & Conditions or for any other reason.
